Glass Vial Filling Line, Vial Washing Filling Stoppering Capping Machine

This is a pharmaceutical company in Uzbekistan that has purchased and set up a new glass bottle filling line. It consists of the SHH-JL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washer, the SHH-ASMR series tunnel-type hot air circulating sterilization drying oven, the SHH-GF series filling and stoppering machine, and the SHH-ZG series capping machine. 

The appearance of this integrated production line is simple and beautiful, occupying minimal space and being easy to clean. It is suitable for the production of glass bottle injection filling and stoppering, ranging from 50-500ml. It can complete over twenty process steps such as water rinsing, ultrasonic cleaning, flushing, air flushing, drying and sterilization, cooling, (pre-flushing with nitrogen), filling, (post-flushing with nitrogen), cap sorting, cap pressing, cap sorting, and capping in the pharmaceutical production of glass bottles. 

The design concept of the integrated line is advanced, the structure is reasonable, and the performance is stable, providing equipment and technical support for the aseptic production of pharmaceutical products in pharmaceutical plants, in compliance with the relevant requirements of the current national Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceutical production quality management.
