Application
GMP Pharma Automatic Injection Liquid Glass Vial Filling and Sealing Machine Line is suitable for pharmaceutical enterprise or laboratory small-batch production.
This machine adopts mechanical and electrical integration automatic controlling, plunger pump ( or peristaltic pump ) for filling.
It is easy to change standard components. Laminal flow system and stopper feeding system meet new GMP requirements.

- Full servo control.Transparent self-lifting protective cover with humid air outlet, electric screw control, safe and easy to maintenance.
- For customers’ liquid medicine and filling accuracy requirements, the ceramic pump filling system is selected, which can effectively ensure the filling accuracy and can be flexibly switched.
- The stoppering form of inserting while rotating can effectively ensure the stoppering effect.
- Capping machine: No Vial – No Capping, No Stopper – No Capping, Vacuum absorb aluminum scrap device.
- The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
