Infusion and Injection Sterilizing Equipment
The water-bath sterilizer is strictly designed and manufactured according to GMP Standard. The product uses high-temperature circulated water as sterilizing medium to sterilize materials by the process of rising temperature, sterilizing and cooling operation with spray water. During the sealed working process, the sterilizing medium operates in the sealed circular system to avoid the second pollution effectively. The equipment is with wide temperature adjust scope, and good homoiothermy. It is widely used in sterilizing operation of glass bottle packed, plastic bag packed, soft bag packed and other method packed transfusion liquid.

Main-body.
The equipment adopts horizontal cylinder structure, equipped with chamber made by high-quality 304 acid proof stainless steel and cover plate made by brushed stainless steel. And it also adopts automatic horizontal sliding double-door, and compressed air sealing technology. Simultaneously, the equipment has GMP standard verification interface for users to verify at any time.
Control system.
It adopts upper and lower position control mode, and system runs stably. Real time temperature, pressure,F0, other parameters and curve are output or stored to back up in the future. Double monitoring of temperature time and F0 value could ensure sterilization effect.
Pipeline system.
Optimized configuration in the industry is adopted, and operates reliably and with long useful life. Main components include plate-type heat exchanger, circulated water pump, angular seat pneumatic valve and spraying system.
