Application
This machine is integral tunnel structure, divided into preheating zone, high temperature sterilizing zone, cooling zone, adopts hot air laminar flow sterilizing principle to short-term high temperature sterilization containers. Suitable for ampoule bottle drying sterilization, antibiotics, oral liquid, can also be used for other medicinal glass bottle drying sterilization. The machine adopts advanced PLC man-machine interface control system, through the man-machine interface control, in addition to monitoring the machine working condition, ensure the production process requirements. Also with cleaning equipment working conditions, filling and sealing equipment for spreading and show the cause of the problem, location, and simple method, etc. And it can automatically record and temperature characteristic curve.
Feature
- This machine is mainly used for drying, sterilization and pyrogen removal of small glass bottles such as ampoule, vial bottles and oral liquid bottles in pharmaceutical industry.
- This machine automatically completes the whole production process from bottle feeding, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling to bottle bottle discharging.
- The laminar flow principle and hot air high speed disinfection technology can make the container reach the national cleanliness level 3 standard (American industrial standard level 100) in the sealed tunnel. It is the most popular drying sterilization equipment with the best sterilization effect in the world. Its heat distribution is uniform and the effect of pyrogen removal is good.
- This machine can be used not only by single machine, but also by connecting with the bottle washer in front and the filling machine in back.
