Soft Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is designed for plastic tube and multiple tube filling and sealing in cosmetic, pharmacy, foodstuff, adhesives etc industries.The machine is controlled by PLC program, such as automatic pipe loading, color code positioning, air cleaning of the inner space of the pipe, deep filling of the injection nozzle into the pipe, hot gas heating of the inner wall of the pipe tail, cooling of the outer wall of the pipe tail (drainage circulation of the chiller), hot melt pressing, coding, tail shearing and finished product discharge.
